Consultant of Ophthalmology

Dr. Mohamed Abdel Hafez is a Consultant of Ophthalmology specializing in Eyelid Lacrimal system, and orbital surgeries. He is a pioneer in cosmetic eyelid surgery using various modern surgical and laser techniques. Dr. Abdel Hafez is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh, with a focus on various reconstructive and cosmetic surgical procedures. He is also a Fellow of the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Florida.

Dr. Abdel Hafez is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and is the only Egyptian surgeon to have been inducted in the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship, one of the most prestigious societies in the field globally.

An avid academic, Dr. Abdel Hafez is a reviewer for the American Journal of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He has also given lectures internationally in the United States, Germany, Sweden, Slovenia, Japan, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Syria, Libya, Yemen, and China. He has numerous research

publications in international journals in his field and is a visiting consultant at Hamad Hospital in Doha, Aspex Eye Center, and the Spanish Center in Dubai.
